I have to say I quite like the angle that Mr Conelrad recommended, you get a very good view of the dashboard of the car. I will be using this technique from now on.

My Royale

My Senator

http://i1376.photobucket.com/albums/ah18...

Hmmmm!

My parents had a '79 Royale 2.8 saloon in the mid 80s. It had a burgandy interior. Burgandy, blue or beige were the only choices of interior colour iirc from the sales brochure that came with the car.

During the 1990s they had a '86 Carlton 2.2i CD with a navy blue interior. Vauxhall did away with the woodwork by then. Soooo comfortable!

Current shite: 2003 Nissan Almera SXE 2.2 dCi. (my dad thinks it's a sports car)

The brill to drive and bodily solid Multipla, but with bargain basic greasy plastics betraying its budget sector pricing

The nicer to look at, and it would have to be as it cost £10k more than Multipla.

But the FR-V was awful to drive in comparison and was rotten underneath (unlike the much older Fiat) and had to be sold quickly

The 1983 Lancia Trevi having a self-check paddy. Notice the autobox.

PHACTOID:  This dash design was actually fitted to the Beta Saloon first, by a matter of months.

Still very much about, same car as on the Autoshite playing cards set

The diabolical Avantime actually out and about on the road and not broken.  Again.

Sold on at great loss, never again, etc.
