New POD
I need to drive to Cardiff and Back to collect a student and her furniture. Only 220 miles each way. Where's the BEST place in Miseryside to rent a van. (I was going to use a global supplier, but they said I couldn't leave my car in their compound whilst I use the van, so I told them I'd find a more customer friendly supplier)

Kiltox
Seems really common that the big companies won't let you park on their sites now As shit as I've found them, Enterprise are cheap in my experience but that won't help your parking issue (they might even be the people you're on about)

Cavcraft
You'd be welcome to try my Transit, but it'd come back several hundred kilos lighter as most of the bodywork would fall of and the wheelbearing is on the way out, so I was told. chatsharris
I just had to shell out £80 for a days rental on a Saturday so we can move house about 15 miles, just because most places won't accept a return on a Sunday. Bloody annoying!
vaughant
Enterprise wouldn't accept Sunday returns for me but that was because their branch stopped opening on a Sunday so fair enough really. They've never stopped me leaving my car on site although I've only ever had to do it once. I do find overall their pretty good. Should be loads of independents up there who maybe more accommodating 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Junkman
Isn't the autoshite way to go to buy a clapped out van and return with a shonky Scimitar?Besides, when I was a student, we needed a shopping basket for moving, not a van. If everything fails, I'm sure we can arrange 405 or Granada estate useage. The Moog
