chester drawers Posted May 4, 2009 Share Posted May 4, 2009 I’m looking for a good body shop, ideally somewhere in Staffordshire, Cheshire or Derbyshire. Trouble is body shops seem to fall into 1 of 3 camps these days:1)The plate it over to get it through one more MOT brigade. Fine if you’re planning on scrapping the car soon. Which I’m not.2)The insurance panel swapper who’s no idea what a repair section is, still less how to fabricate one.3)Skilled restorers. I need someone who falls into the last category, but who isn’t going to sneer when I present him with a 23 year old Vauxhall rather than the MKII Jag / Healey 3000 / MGA he was expecting.
