Progress may be a little sedate as I still only have 1 working hand, and Tuesday is my day off! Will ask pricing etc tomorrow- a lot of the stuff in there is brand new, so I'm thinking some sort of caravajumble day/open day. The rear panels are warranty replacements- they are done here if needed, young lad is a whizz with that sort of stuff.

Bought this rack for the camper new off Ebay, not a named one but its very sturdy- think it was £80 ish.

That's a decent looking rack. I am wanting one that attaches to the A frame of the caravan, Fiamma make one but i cannot find out how long the a frame needs to be to fit it. Need to look into it more.

If you find a towbar for a Rover R3 I'd be interested - with the impending fleet reduction the Rover of Doom might have to start doing tow car duties.

I've got one off a fiesta going begging. It's a sturdy looking lump of iron. Will probably fit other cars with some bodgery as it's just a straight bar.

I'm in Wakefield wf3

Would £60 quid delivered for the towbars put you guys off? Obviously I need to go in with some sort of figure- how do you price this stuff?

It wouldn't put me off, certainly; just the apparent failure to exist is what's doing that!  Please, please, find one that fits ONE of my fleet, any one, I don't care which!

I looked at the TR7 pictures and thought 'there's not much left of that TR7 door on top of that pile of scrap'. Took a few minutes to realise what the pile of scrap was.

I had a towbar on my 1300 super sport fiesta, 3 adults and kit with 3 trials bikes on the trailer used to work out to average 18mpg. The clutch cried enough when trying to shift a broken down Fergy tractor though.

equally however a Mk Nova / Corsa 1  1litre is perfectly happy towing  most sialing dinghies ...

Long shot this but is the 205 one the detachable variety? (As opposed to the flanged type). I'd be interested if it's the former.

if you happen to come across any front windows from a caravan i'd definitely be interested, the plastic type ones.  and/or any plumbing related stuff, as my tin shed is getting to the point where the plumbing is beginning to give up on me :-(

cheers!

Thank you!

It's supposedly half-price, which is encouraging, but with single electrics and a bumper guard it's up the wrong side of £100, and I've still got to get it fitted.  So perhaps not.  I'd much rather buy from your stock!
