Train tickets booked from a train station 30 miles away to save £9 on the recommendation of the Mrs :?
Mrs booked and primed ready to drop me off at said train station.

2017-04-10 08.54.46.jpg

Mobile tool kit primed and ready, missing almost every vital component due to EU regulations about leccy tape and screwdrivers on trains (I left them all at my mums house yesterday).
If I do break down, I should have something to listen to while I work out whether I'm with the AA or RAC or none of the above.

Not pictured: pile of cash

By "Primed and ready" with regards to my mrs, what I mean is that we need to set off in 8 minutes and she's sat in her dressing gown eating some banana pancakes and has yet to even start getting dressed. I mentioned that we had 8 minutes and she told me to stop getting at her. I don't know exactly how she gets dressed, but from past experience, dressing gown to clothed is 45 minutes on average. Any attempts to hurry her will add 10 minutes and a volley of fucks to the counter.

*6 minute update  - She's nearly finished her breakfast.

To kill some time I went in to Retford. I thought about blowing my wad of cash in here
20170410_104629.jpg

Or on these

20170410_104514.jpg

Instead I got this

20170410_104155.jpg

Halfords in Retford is a bit basic, seems they missed the message about only selling shitty pushbikes and air fresheners.
20170410_105211.jpg
But you can always pop over the road and check out a charming little band

The motor I'm collecting has a tow bar and my mate has an a frame so I could use that for future missions, but I really don't have the testicular fortitude to dare dragging owt on an a bar!

Tune in next week to see if our intrepid hero can make it as far as Grantham before his school bus explodes, leaving him to walk the rest of the way whilst trying to hitch a murder-lift on the A1.
