My little Fiesta has topped 130k. Not huge in the grand scheme of things but the rust hasn’t killed it just yet (despite living near the seaside for 15 years) and my g/friend never takes her cars past 3k revs so I think it’s done well.

I used to have a Fiesta 1.25 that I'd had from new and when I baled it was 12 years old and had 173000 miles on the clock. I'm sure it would have made 200k but sadly was going to cost too much to get through the MOT

Took the photo on my phone but the phone isn't recognised by any computer, nor is the SD card from it.  Something gone wrong when I did a factory reset as it had gone all Ukrainian.

Saw this at the yard today, no mileage shot because digital speedo and no battery but a quick MOT check reveals this 406 dizzler has covered a modest 629,000 miles.

You beauty.

Not got one to show but heres a misconception of low mileage cars..........................

You should buy one,I dissagree

Sams Mustang has 97k on it and when she bought it all the Mustanng Aficionados declared she should steer clear

Huh? A V8 with under a 100k on it :signs053:

Now theres another with 87k on it and they are at it again!

They all covet cars with 10-20k on them and mileage per year is measured in hundreds

One comment was what did somebody do to get nearly 100k on it?

Err drove it because err its a car! Doh!!!

Give me a High Miler anyday low milers always give trouble due to lack of use :-(

Highest miler ive ever had was a Mercedes 190d wearing 160k,last I heard of it from the guy I sold it to it was at 230k still no issues

When I got my '94 Micra, it had 62k and you could seriously tell nobody had ever hoofed it at ALL, now closing on 80k and running sweet as a nut :D nothing for this thread I am sure but should be 100k this time next year :D

Since August 2016 I drove over 16,000 km with the R16.

This may not sound remarkable, but for someone who for years used to drive fewer than 3,000 miles a year with all cars combined, it's relatively a lot.

Think how much you've saved not having to change the oil on a 190!

Besides, it was a 230E W124, not a 190.

The thing you do when the typically German engine starts making noises like a couple of skeletons fucking on a shed roof when you start it up.

2010 Mazda 2 approaching 140k on original clutch, engine, and gearbox. Very much doubt this car has had anything but routine services and tyres in its life. Secretly want it to hit 200k before its 10th birthday but that's a tall order. :D
