FREE Citroen Xantia, Exeter

Recommended Posts

I've decided to pass on the Xantia I got from colc a few months ago, it's been fun but really it is surplus to requirements.

The good:

1.9 XUD

It mostly works - even the electric sunroof!

Had a recent oil change.

MoT until August 2017

The bad:

Uses oil, probably a litre every 500 miles. Does leak some from underneath somewhere.

Occasionally the engine can be a bit hesitant, like its suffering fuel starvation. It's never FTP'd though.

Boot has to be opened with a key.

The ugly:

The bodywork.

Just had a couple of part-worns put on the front, another pair will be in the boot along with a bottle of LHM.

It will be available from 1730 on Thursday 23rd, come and get it!

red5 has first dibs on it once collection can be sorted. The plan had been to have the car available tomorrow evening but a long session of explosive venting from both ends of my body has put paid to that. Tried to work today and swiftly found it to be a bad idea.

If it falls through I'll let you all know.
