garbaldy
Does it have a towbar in fact scratch that I don't fancy taking that to Germany even though she's a lovely old thing.
trigger
Now thats a proper truck, I'd say thats cheap for a workable truck with that mileage too. I can't imagine the 1.9 being a ball of fire when it's got a ton of sand in the back though! mercrocker and Pete-M

Uncle Jimmy
Cracking bit of kit, if I didn't already have a van that would do me nicely. I hope it remains so well looked after.

Dave_Q
Bang on trend. Ideal for extending the bed by 5 foot to make a super slow, highly dangerous car transporter. loserone, garethj and cobblers
Pete-M
Owner has fitted a fabulous hand-throttle bodge for cruising on long runs. He's about 80 and this was his third Sherpa style van. 'I like Minor Travellers' is about a far as his car enthusiasm goes. This thing will have been undersealed to within an inch of its life as soon as he bought it and it lives in the garage. I couldn't find any rust on it with a cursory inspection. eddyramrod

Pete-M
1.9 eh?XUD?Beige plastic front leaf springs? There seems to be a lot of love for these just now...Yeah. XUD I think. Big plastic inlet manifold. I think the springs may be beige, yup. It is achingly slow. I suspect it you drove it flat out until 2027 it would probably only rack up a few hundred miles. cms206 and Lacquer Peel

83C
That's terribly, awfully, horrendously fantastic. Even I'd consider it if I had the cash, and normally I detest LDVs. Pete-M
Yoss
I love this forum. Nowhere else would an old LDV get all the comments above. And not ironically or sarcastically either. Genuine love for an old van. The wife is currently looking at VW UP!s and wants a bright blue one. I showed her this and said 'this sort of blue?' and she hit me. Telling her it was much cheaper and had an MOT didn't help, so it's a no here sadly. Would prefer a van version anyways. djimbob, Pete-M and KruJoe
The Old Bloke Next Door
That looks an absolute bargain to me, diesel, large load area and kept in that condition, zero depreciation.Only down side is some spares are getting difficult to source.
