It's quite easy to work on and has more space between the engine and bulkhead than other diesel PSA vehicles I've worked on. Rot found. It's a common problem, overlapping weld exposed to road grime. The wheel arch at that point is only exposed metal, the liner doesn't extend that far. It's otherwise free from rust, the sills and underside are immaculate, it looks like it's been rust treated at some point. Nothing like having the centre of gravity of your payload at head-height. Maybe its just the photo but do I see some worryingly funky camber on the front trailer axle?
