Barry Cade
sad end. Lots of ppd bits I'd like for mine but way too far away. From past experience Rover, peugeot, alfa and saab don't like wading..vectra's too. If driving in puddles, just unclip the air box lid... Shep Shepherd
I hydro-locked my 1994 Rover 214's engine on New Year's Eve 2002, after I drove into floodwater in the dark on the outskirts of Basildon. I had a replacement engine fitted to it, but it never felt the same again. I replaced it with The Volvo in December 2003, which despite being currently bereft of an MOT, is still going strong. oldcars
sad to see, such a nice interior too. Has has been said there is a good few £££ in the personal line interior, wheel, dash and gear nob if you come to break it.
The Reverend Bluejeans
Surprised the enthusiasts forums haven't blamed BMW for that one. It was that Bernard Pinchinstrider what did that to sabotage Rover. Everyone knows that. AMC Rebel, Bobthebeard and v8 scania

Shep Shepherd
^I worked for the facilities management company at that hell hole from 2007-2010. By the end of my tenure, my faith in human nature had almost evaporated. I've not been back there since. oldcars
