Jerzy Woking
I used to regularly get 31 mpg out of mine. And regularly got 15 mpg too. The radio back lighting can be sorted if you are handy with a soldering iron. I just found the second 6 disc CD cassette I had for mine (meaning a choice of 12 CD's within seconds). If any of you LS owners would like it, it's yours. I loved mine-250,000 miles when I sold it, and the interior and exterior were immaculate. The starter motor was playing up and the cats were breaking up so I moved it on. And loud LS's just sound "wrong" to me - they have their own peculiar V8 sound. Best kept whisper quiet. Jim Bell
More fixerating has orrured. Or bodging. Depending on your outlook. The cigarette lighter was shorting and blowing the fuse that runs the whole centre console (heater/demisters/radio etc) Taking the whole centre console out to fix it all to a professional standard wasnt really an option so I dug out my shit tools and all purpose tape. alcyonecorporation
18.7 in town and 24 on the mythical, vaguely sexy 'long run' favoured by pub bullshitterists. Well bought. Despite the blandness, that 1UZ-FE engine is a lovely thing. LPG conversion? Fill the CD changer full of Vengaboyz 'hits' for MAXIMUM POUNDLAND OPTIMISM. Jim Bell
Taped the two dodgy wires up and taped them in place for ease of access. Correct fixererating can be completed at a later date. For now I am prioritising the recomissioning of the heater and demisters. The Moog, alcyonecorporation and Dave_Q

Jim Bell
To the inconveniently positioned fuse box. Its up under the dash above the expensive pedal.
