Found a minor coolant leak yesterday - and the original receipt for £295 - so revised raffle tix to £4 and will take something in the 200s for this as I have new incoming chod imminent.

OK, tried to update all - please check I got everyone (and thanks)

 

The coolant leak doesn't look fatal - I think it's coming from the Heater Control Valve - even though the HCV is working fine.  I will try and get some pics tomorrow.  It's not the Radiator.

 

I've had to Sorn it as I can't insure it and the Mondeo at the same time (well I could but I'm not Sir Phillip Green).

Does it run it on gas? Its a V8 not a patio heater.

I did take some pictures of the coolant leak - but they aren't that great.  Before we start and someone says "how did you not notice that before the weekend?" I did know there was staining around the HCV housing - but it wasn't losing any water -

The bit I hadn't noticed was this (little pool about the size of couple of 10ps on the top of the bellend housing) -

Even then, the level hadn't dropped below min and I put a bit in to get it between the max and min- small amount required (but then max and min are very close).
