bunglebus
SAM80S is not at all racist and lives in Chelmsford - used to be a customer's car when I was in the trade. Saw it yesterday around town. DF51DFS used to park outside DFS in Basildon.
Pillock
I think every Renault dealer had at least one “CL10xxx” plate. WHY? Don’t keep asking me why Reg, it just happened to be 2010.I remember seeing a newspaper advert advertising a "free" PO10 --- reg with every Polo registered in 2010 until they'd all gone. NorfolkNWeigh
32175965453_d09103b534_o.jpgThat is fucking awful, dodgy plate, advertising across the window. A pink Scorpio limo from a banger rally would be more dignified. Nice to see a vinyl roof though.

Pillock
It's weird how things change. When I first started seeing Volvo's with V70xxx plates, Clios with CL10, Saab with S44 Bxx and stuff I used to think it really tacky. Now they seem to suggest a certain level of obsessiveness that would guarantee a decent secondhand buy. I reckon a Volvo V70 with a V70 plate would have been looked after better than one without. The Acclaim and Duster are just another works though, they're great. Can't be often the world aligns like that.
bunglebus
Bit of a crap dashcam grab but that's NOT 1N HOP 1N used to be around Brentwood somewhere, as well as SPL 1F on a Volvo estate that one of the market traders had - wonder if he got pulled over often? Can't be often the world aligns like that. Am I doing it wrong, then? I've never owned an M5 , but did have a company called CTU a few years ago. I might* have had M5 and R5 with doctored/ dodgy typeface to look like MS and RS. I've had it on various Jags,Mercs and the Volvo, but whenever I have a 5 Series, even I'm too embarrassed to put it on. Left R5 on an Espace that shat itself years ago- lost forever. Pillock
Haha, yeah it always makes me chuckle to see an M5 plate on a 330d or an X5 plate on an X1 etc. "I'll buy the plate first and then save up".... NorfolkNWeigh

martybabes
So far as matching the plate with the vehicle carrying it, I currently have A4*** on a rather smart German saloon. It's a BMW. Nicola H

Ghosty
Someone near me has UXW1 and UWX1 as a his & hers pair, one is on an X-type, and the other a white Fiesta - the woman has a habit of buying white Fords, she had a mk6 Escort estate before the modern-ish Fiesta. I have to wonder how much effort they went to to get those two plates.
