The Old Bloke Next Door
Having read the comment by Timewaster in the dumped cars thread, its time for me to reduce my fleet, as realistically most of my shite will never get done. Any way, first up is this dreadful City Rover. It runs and drives, bodywork looks good, tidy interior, complete apart from windscreen wiper mechanism. Ideal as a spares car if anyone is thinking of running one as a daily, no mot, will need trailer or transporter to remove. Price £50, which will reduce by £5 on a weekly basis until its gone. I have the V5 and a key and working fob. oldcars, saucedoctor, brownnova and 2 others

ayrshirelad
I forgot about this! Wonder how easy it would be to get wiper motor etc if car still around that is!?
dollywobbler
I'd be tempted to fit a wiper mechanism from something else. The passenger wiper doesn't even make it to 90 degrees. RUBBISH.
sierraman
It was a bit of a weak point I think on Rovers. I swapped a motor for a chap I worked with years ago. The carbon contacts on the motor had worn so it wouldn't park.
