ruffgeezer
Mike hasn't long left, the slave battery I brought home was beyond shagged and one of the brakelights doesn't work. Other than that I think I'm pretty happy, but it's dark and I haven't had a proper look at it yet... here are a couple of teasers; Not shown in this pic, smoke appearing from the slave battery which was swiftly dispatched hedgewards. I love the front end of this. Spottedlaurel
Obviously, I'm going to offer my heartfelt congratulations as a fellow 1200 owner! Good luck with getting everything sorted. I look forward to hearing how it progresses. I'm sure you'll have it looking like this soon enough: 1971 Datsun 1200 Estate (B110) press photo by Spottedlaurel, on Flickr To be honest though, given that many of them looked like this by the end of the '70s it's remarkable that any have survived: Datsun Cleveland showroom c.1978 by Spottedlaurel, on Flickr mat_the_cat, Dirk Diggler, anonymous user and 4 others

nigel bickle
Eddie Ratley (Ratdat) on the East Coast, or Will Lightburn(Datman) down south in East Grinstead, would both be good places to start. If they haven't got it,one should be able to point you... Both highly recommended.

ruffgeezer
It's going to be difficult, there are some new panels with it that will have to be painted in the original green, the front wings are a horror of hammerite, wob and fibreglass. anonymous user
