Station
I can imagine the frustration of the guy who had been doing that. It's probably -okay- underneath, but the surface.I'm not going to become all 'internet' and slag it off though.
Conrad D. Conelrad
I admire his ambition, but question his judgement when he stepped back and thought "that's finished, off to the MOT station".

Ratdat
That's awesome. I really hope he can get it on the road somehow. It's utterly minging but he gets my full respect for completely building his own car. That's more than I've ever done!
shite_meister
There is always the possibility that he's finished all the mechanicals and just wanted it road legal so he could make sure it was running right so lashed up some quick bodywork to satisfy the bods at DOT for the MOT ASAP ETC and was planning to put on some proper bodywork in due course??? Just my theory anyway, if I'm wrong then he should be made to spend an evening with anyone of those twats from the apprentice as punishment. Mr_Bo11ox
WOW, just imagine if you were an SVA inspector and that motorised winnit rocked up. It would have made all those years of looking at fog lights on pikey grey-import Shoguns worthwhile. Its like when they show the 'highlights' from the auditions of 'britains got talent'. I wonder if the guys mum/dad came with him to the SVA shed? 'My son's built this car ALL BY HIMSELF! He's going to race it against Lewis Hamilton you know.......... What do you mean deathtrap! What do you know about building cars anyway? IDIOTS!'
Mr Lobster
Full marks to him for trying, but really that looks shocking. A lot of work must have gone into it though, wonder what it's based on? Indicator stalks look like Vauxhall?

Mr Lobster
Apparently it has a Cosworth engine but that doesn't help when there's brake fluid leaking everywhere and the prop is grinding against the chassis. It was seriously so bad that they slapped a prohibition order on it and told him it could only leave on a trailerNot just shit bodywork then...
