Cavcraft
1999 Rover 420MOT is April next year, I thinkTaxed to get you home77,000 miles, haven't been through history yet but pretty sure it had a cam belt at 69,000Leather seats, non-working air-con and alloy wheelsStarts great, goes like galloping knob rot and is actually really niceWeird blister on roof (quite small) and one in back wing I think.Headlining droopy and couple of door cards have blown I thinkPretty sure I heard a noise from driveshaft (or whatever they are) on a hard right lockT series (?) 2.0 petrol with manual boxI'd honestly keep it but scored something more useful (to me) the other night.£350 £275. DaveDorson
I can't justify it. I managed the Frontera by going halves with my younger brother and because a backup car is always sensible...and the Newbie because she's as VW crazy as me. If it was a diesel, ( it'd be more) I could justify the expense as cost saving as a commuting car.. As it stands at I've two classic bugs ( one rather modified) and a 1980s VW van to finish

purplebargeken
Fuck this memory/getting older shit. Went to phone PBIS with a view to getting the cars swapped over. This car is not insured with us Mr Roberts. Yes, it is. No Sir, it isn't. Grumble, grumble. They still have me insured on the Sierra! WTF?? Sorted. Still no Mitsubishi. Can't do any more as at work. Grumble, grumble. Confirm with MID. Mitsu is insured (which I knew). Check documents. No sign. Fucking grumble. Check on AS forum. It's insured with FJ. Mutter, mutter. Phone FJ who will swap it to the Golf tomorrow morning, 25 quid. Cheers. Phone PBIS, car old enough for classic status, transfers me to classic car dept: Speak to lovely sounding Francesca at PBIS (spoken about before) The classic car system won't quote on it. She isn't sure why as all the details are correct. She will phone me back. Arse. Time is passing, need to let Billy/The Moog know if this is fucked up............ Partridge
Phwoor! I have no intention of buying it, but could we see some pictures of the interior? I'm really interested to see what a posh, late one looks like inside. Cavcraft
