tried all my old contacts which resulted in a rousing "buggered if I know mate" chorus.....anyone any ideas or do I have to approach the scary World of the DubScene????

Try Autohausdolby, he sometimes comes here but is more often to be found on Retro-Rides. He had a 100 recently and seems an all-round good chap.

Tel 01538 398227. He specializes in VW Audi but will service & modify pretty much anything. And he’s very good at it too!

this is all good, thanksI do intend to do myself but does depend on how much arch rolling or pulling it'd need as for fitting the suspension thats not a problem it all depends on what wheels I end up going for, still playing on photoshop with a few designs at the moment, just couldn't find anyone on google who lists any products for this car.thanks again
