Tetleysmooth
This is not mine.It belongs to a work colleague who bought it as a stop gap when his V8 Jag popped a head gasket. He got rid of the Jag and has been using this for best part of a year now. Just lately he's been banging on about wanting an auto again, so he's been and bought himself a 320 Merc. The Mondeo is a Y reg 2000. It's in metallic blue. Twin exhausts for those of you who like that sort of thing. Leather interior. I really don't know much about it - it's not my bag. I do know it's a 2.5 V6 and has never let him down. I can vouch for, as I see him every night. It has a months' mot left. I did ask him if he thought it needed anything, and he reckons it doesn't, but obviously he can't guarantee it.He said it has got a couple of blisters on the rear arches. He also said it goes like the effing clappers. I've seen it cleaned and polished, and I must admit, it did look rather nice. There's nothing sinister about there only being a months' mot on it. He's got to shift it quickly because he hasn't got room for 2 cars where he is. He wants £300. Anyone interested, pm me please and I'll put you in direct contact. eddyramrod, oldcars and andrew e
BorniteIdentity
Location/Reg? I have to work in Essex once a month, it'd be nice to drive around in the "local cuisine".
trigger
I've been having thoughts about getting one of these myself, got any more details on it, mileage and is it a 4 or 5 door?
sierraman
Doubt it would be the 4 door, it was a limited edition. Worth a few bob.
garbaldy
I've heard good things about these st Mondeos so another location request please
Tetleysmooth
The car resides in the Grays/Thurrock, Essex area.I really can't answer too many questions to be honest.I don't know if it's got four or five doors.I also don't know the full reg, just that it's a Y plate.Pretty sure it's got the oval grille on the front, so it's the older shape. Better if you contact my mate direct. Details by pm.

Cavcraft
I'd be all over this if I had the money and time to collect, it's an absolute no brainer of a buy. UltraWomble
Slartibartfast
I would too, although the insurance might be pretty harsh for a novice driver such as myself.

sierraman
These regularly go for a grand or more of eBay. From what I remember the bottom arms are unique and a real fucker to obtain now.

The only day I could come down, Mrs S has now told me she's going to give out food and clothes to local homeless people. Can't really knock that!
