I only know of Velorex as a manufacturer of cheap sidecars - this looks like someone stuck an engine in one to see what would happen :D

Yup, pretty much. Canvas over a tubular frame. And a Jawa 350 engine to power it. Still, I'd rather have a crash in one of those than in a cheap Chinese Toyota rip-off...
