Mr_Bo11ox
Hi all, I have done pretty much nowt with this since I got it, and I really need to have less cars sitting round outdoors so here is your chance of a cheap rare truck. I bought this via Cavcraft a few months back for £130 I think. I have done very little with it and its just sat about gathering rust and costing me £20/month which i would rather spend on stuff to eat. I say I have done nowt, I did buy a new headlight and tail light to replce the broken ones that were on it. It runs lovely (1.7 diesel) but I seem to recall that it does make a weird noise from the gearbox if you pull away with a lot of steering lock on. Its fine driving about normally but I havent done a detailed investigation of what thats all about. I a-framed it back to mine from North wales with no problems. Its main problem is crispy outer sills, they have been patched in the past and need doing again but better. It will defo need the sills welding for an MOT but they are not a total disaster area. The tub is very sound. Will no doubt need the brakes fettled as well after sitting about. I paid £130 to buy it, £25 to go and get it, £15 on a used battery, £25 on a used headlight and £20 on a new tail light - that makes £215 I reckon. How about someone gives me £200? These things are rare and pretty cool. I am off to spain for 2 months at the beginning of October so if its not gone before then i'm stuck with it. I've got the green slip but not the full logbook (but you can apply for that FOC with the green slip). Collect from CW5 cheshire.
