Cavcraft
Not mine, and I'm aware of the eBay tat thread obvs, but hopefully this can be saved from the Mini bummers... 'mg metro 1.3 been parked in a shed for the last 10 years only 27000 miles on clock make me an offer. Phone 07837954982. Blaenau ffestiniog, North Wales' Has suggested £595 ono, I'd have thought it was worth that but I'm no expert on these. Bren
My mate who is a ford nut has sent me a picture of an R reg SD1 in tumeric yellow rotting away. There is also an opaline green MG metro on a Y plate. I am awaiting further details - however the SD1 is utterly fooked. KruJoe
I think I spy those silly metric wheels on this (see Dave_numbers).

strangeangel
BARG assuming its not eye-wateringly rotten. It was probably parked in that shed 10 years ago for that very reason. alf892
dave21478
Low mileage...could be good.Could be kippered too.Worth saving though, even if it means fitting the MG bits to a solid shell. Mine is a fucking hoot to drive - All the best bits of a Mini...Simple, basic mechanics, nice power delivery, good road holding from skinny tyres plus the benefits of some suspension, headroom and a useful boot.....APPROVED. Pillock
I think I spy those silly metric wheels on this (see Dave_numbers). The difference being that the trusty old MOT Test doesn't require an engineers report, a note from your mum, and a 100 Euro Note as a bribe to understand that sensibly priced metric tyres are unobtanium and to just bang something in pounds, shilling and inches on instead. UltraWomble
Fooooook. I really really really really want another late Mk2 A series Metro with the 1.3I have no space for one, nor money and I certain my gonads would end up being fed to me by my wife if I bought one, but none of that puts me off wanting another.
