angle
Right, I'm still not entirely sure I want to do this, but here goes: '97 ® Citroen Xantia 1.9 TD Temptation - basically an LX with aircon* and a Jesus fish. BEIGE. 113k (may go up slightly), 13 months MOT with no advisories and nice comments from the tester, I'm the third owner. Garage I bought it off had lost the service book, but I have a massive pile of receipts going back to new. In the year or so I've had it, it's had a cambelt, aux belt and tensioner, the ignition switch relay mod (so you get a working heater), new Uniroyals on the front and has been hydraflushed. If I was keeping it I'd be thinking about spheres at some point as the back is a bit stiff and the accumulator ticks away merrily - it has had front ones in the past though. Cosmetically it's pretty good - interior is near perfect, on the outside the main things to note are some giffer touching up on the boot, stone chips on the bonnet and a small rust bleb on the driver's side sill (pictured below). It was Cat C at some point in the past but there's no obvious reason why and it's all been VIC checked. *Aircon doesn't work. Nor does the rear washer (although I have fitted the correct weirdly offset wiper arm in anticipcation of fixing it), and the back passenger side door won't lock with the central locking - works fine from inside though. Everything else does, including the steering wheel controls for the stereo. Car is in that there London, SW19 area. £500. Lankytim
Is the service book hidden in the cubby hole next to the drivers right knee? I bought a Xantia with no history and it turned up in there.
