EssDeeWon
Firstly, sorry RobT for lobbing another 75 on here whilst you are trying to sell yours. For reasons known to everyone I am selling my beloved Royal blue connie, I would love to keep both cars but its just not practical and I will need the funds for the Primrose car come MOT day. Formerly owned by Wilko220 and PBK, I really hope this car stays in the AS family. 2001 2.5 V6 Auto Connoisseur SE in Royal blue. (New on 21 May 2002) 67k, FSH, sounds and drives lovely and has performed perfectly since I collected this from Ken last November. Service History is as follows; 30/06/03 @ 5,737 miles25/10/04 @ 12,923 miles27/10/05 @ 17,509 miles26/10/06 @ 23,663 miles29/10/07 @ 29,478 miles31/10/08 @ 35,576 miles16/12/09 @ 43,434 miles16/12/10 @ 51,222 miles19/11/11 @ 56,101 miles18/01/13 @ 60,759 miles27/03/15 @ 66,278 miles Various other bills with the car. I have cleaned the all important plenum drains and had the car serviced. Bad bits - Windscreen cracked on the passenger side and the cooling fan does not kick in on the lower two speeds but the car never overheats, It runs around town between 93*c and 100*c - Even in the recent hot weather. You can buy a re-con 3 speed fan through the 75 club for £80 delivered. PBK has all the know how on fitting one. Never uses any oil or water. Everything works i.e. CD player, leccy seats, windows and mirrors etc.. MOT is until 23 December. £425 with a small shiters discount, plus tea and biscuits, collection from the nearest station (Rochford in Essex, 50 minutes out of Liverpool Street) and you get to see me cry like a girl when you buy it. There are a few marks here and there but nothing major unless you look closely. The interior is in great condition. 2001 Rover 75 For Sale by steve wilson, on Flickr 2001 Rover 75 For Sale by steve wilson, on Flickr 2001 Rover 75 For Sale by steve wilson, on Flickr 2001 Rover 75 For Sale by steve wilson, on Flickr RobT, Aston Martin and oldcars

RoadworkUK
Why the fuck do people have their cars serviced at £425 a pop when that buys this much car? I spend this much on crisps on a monthly basis. solid61, EssDeeWon, eddyramrod and 3 others

purplebargeken
Read your MGF thread - you are not allowed on this posting as this is a big, wafty automatic. You only do manuals, now shoo :)
stillOrange
As I said in the other thread, I've never even sat in one of these and I'm still conflicted whether I like their outer looks or not (I do like interior) so I needed secondary opinion and asked the wife. She looked at all the pictures with rised brow and said "I like the font the '75' is written in" eddyramrod and Craig the Princess
purplebargeken
Magda clearly has taste. It's obviously specific woman taste but it still works. stillOrange

EssDeeWon
Sold! Not to a shiter, sadly. But it has gone to someone via the 75 forum/club so that is good news. Long live BP51EWF I now have that horrible feeling you get when you sell a car you really like and were a little bit attached to. Onwards and Upwards with the primrose car now. danthecapriman
danthecapriman
If it's gone to someone on the 75 forum chances are it'll be someone who wants it for what it is, not just a cheap smoker to abuse and ruin for the next few years. I'm sure it'll be looked after and appreciated.I know what you mean though, I hate selling cars I've loved and I really want the new owner to look after it as much as I did but unfortunately it's out of your hands, you can't keep em all! Good luck with the primrose beast though. EssDeeWon

The couple owned two other 75's and his brother also owned one, so four between them now. danthecapriman
