Ha! I love the way the Lada ad harly shows the cars at all! Have we had this one? Top Gear Marina article from 1992. Check out Clifford Talkington, Chairman of the owners club. Truly a stereotypical autoshiter.

Bloody hell, that cobra 11 show destroys a fair few cars!Good camera editing though, and the crashes seem to be.......... executed right if you see what i mean, if slightly impossible in real life.

Allegedly a lot of the Cobra 11 BMW's were ex-development cars from BM, so would have been fragged anyway. But the eagle eyed will notice more than one continuity glitch where a late model turns into an earlier one (apart from some dodgy silver tape to change the headlamp shape).

Not had one of these for a while, so I thought I'd throw some obscure Youtube musical moments in. It's not Youtube, but it's Ananda Shankar playing 'light my fire' on Sitar. http://www.trilulilu.../7d1d9102604e6c This is a chap I met the other night, lunatic called Bob Log III. Travels the world playing gigs most nights. Not easy with his stage gear.
