This is one of the sought after South Oxon District Council models, with the grumpy sticker on the back. It's a pity that someone has parked some old BL car in front of the bin, and spoiled the composition. somewhatfoolish Posted June 12, 2017 Share Posted June 12, 2017 The parents had an early green wheely bin with authentic 'Argyll & Bute Council' branding and custom two-tone paint(I used it as a spray bench and the lid got a coat of resale silver), but after the old dear set it on fire when clearing out the ashes the replacement supplied is a flimsy piece of cack that wobbles when you wheel it about.
