Volvo 760 - £250

Hey party people, make some noise.

I REALLY REALLY regret selling my Shaguar to Volksy. Not just because I really liked it (which I did) but because I had this sort of romantic idea in my head that when my son in born in a few weeks that the first car he would be in would be a Jaguar V8 which is pretty cool in my book.

However, then like a tit I went and sold it for pennies to buy a really shitty Citroen.

I like the Volvo and have been doing 200 miles a week in it for the last month but I am desperate for another Jag. Therefore, to make room the Volvo needs to go.

I want to head ooop north to get KinkerSaabs one if it is still around when this sells but we will see what heppens there.

Its not changed since MiniMad sold it to me. He is meant to be sending me some new ball joints which will be fitted when it is sold but seems to be having trouble with ECP. I will hopefully have this sorted very soon though.

All the electrics inside work but there is no handbrake but I have just kept it in park which is fine but it will need looking at for the MOT in October. The ABS light is also on but is hidden by a Jesus fish stuck on the dashboard, not sure if this is related????

Other than that its a nice bruiser to cruise around in. Here is the original link:

So £250, no offers and its yours. The V5 has not come through yet but instead of sending off the green slip now as I normally would, I will hang fire until it either arrives or it sells so that the new owner can send it off.

All the electrics work inside and it has the boot cover thing in the bac. I will get some other photos. If it bought by someone north of the border and I am able to buy the Jag of Kinkersaab delivery service will be available.

Scotty

This is such good value, A de lorean engined volvo 700 series, bet its a soothing old thing to smoke about in. Would be very tempted myself except ive got a truck engined one already!

Re the ABS light. Im hopeless with electrics but even I found it fairly easy to test the resistance of the sensors, spot the duff one and replace it. I must say first I just took the bulb out of the dash but felt like a right bodger and had a change of heart, then did the job proper.
