*************  PANIC PANIC PRICE REDUCTION  *********************

This prime example of French diesel has a water cooled differential. Renault made many different configurations of this van Perol/Dieselengine/gearbox/FWD/RWD/AWD including one for hot climate with a cooling coil in the diff connected to the engine coolent, the pervious owner of this van (it has been owned from new by one family) drained the radiator and parked it a couple of years, as the lowest point is the cooling coil inside the diff this didn't drain but froze and split.  I have drained and refilled the diff a couple of times but as it has been partly filled with water it now makes interestingly loud grinding noises when in motion.  Included is a good, correct, complete gearbox/cooled diff. Before it was laid up I borrowed it for moving motorbikes and scaffold towers etc and it is a nice useful size, sometimes it even mophed into a camper. I'll find some more photos of it tomorrow, the red Peugeot 103 chained to it is not included but could be available.

The bloke I got th gearbox from also has the correct and undented sliding side door for £10 but it has no window.

bad bits,

Diff noise, can be cured by louder in van entertainment system.

Driver window has a mind of its own.

Free dents..

Cracked rear light and front indicator (MOT pass)

Green mould on roof

Good bit

i found it a nice van to drive and if the insurance was not so silly (can't use my 75% NCD) I'd be crawling around under it doing gearbox swappages.

Note the header tank is so inaccessible it has to be unclipped and removed for filling.

Ooh, a Pug 103.  A mate had a seriously tuned SPX (a bit like that one, but with a little headlight fairing and kick start) with a 75cc barrel & piston, 19mm Dell'Orto carb and an expansion exhaust - with a smaller sprocket on the back it'd do 70+.  Fucking terrifying to ride as it still had the standard drum brakes, and it needed a rebuild every 3K miles or so, but it was brilliant fun when we were young and stupid.

Pugette is £200 but am waiting for it's new drivebelt so I can start it and check it still zooms.

Obviously for anyone thinking of getting a van to live in the Pugette would be an ideal accompaniment to a Renault T900, I'll leave this here for inspiration...
