DVee8
Right guys and girls i didn't see this one coming. This is the ex Station MGF that i have had for only 1 month Due to my glass back and the possible loss of storage for my Daimler. This is now back up for sale it is a shame as it is great fun to drive. MOT 1st April 2016,150,450 miles The original link sale thread. http://autoshite.com/topic/19393-1996-mgf-for-sale-£450now-purchased-by-dvee8/?hl=1996+mgf+for+sale I have repaired the holed wing,a small rip in the roof, repainted the alloy wheel black, changed the leather gear gaiter and hand brake gaiter. Added a 6 disk multi changer but the original MG radio does come with it. Some photos taken 29/4/15 The car is in Chester le street Co Durham. Dh2 The nearest train station's are Newcastle or Durham. Due to road works Durham is better. Newcastle Airport.Teeside airport . Megabus. There is also the coast to coast cycle track. £475.00 Caffiend and loserone

JohnK
I fortunately made my way back down the A19. Still tempted though, it appealed to me the first time round.

Taff
Was wondering where I had put my mid-life crisis, THERE YOU ARE ... PM sent get it bought. I had commited to mine only a couple of days before Station originally advertised this one. A little bit of me is still tempted, given the amount of work it won't need in the future. I use mine (same year but green) as a daily hack, it's doing a 60 mile round trip every day. By my calcs, mine is doing 33mpg and is an absolute blast to drive. MGF-shaped mid-life crisis is the mark of a winner, FACT Caffiend
DVee8
I am a little disappointed to be moving this on as it is a great fun little car to drive. But my glass back and the possible sale of my mothers house and loss of the storage for my Daimler that may need to be sold.means this must move on.Now the car does have some small issues but as on going project it is great. UltraWomble
Out of interest how do these fare for those of the "fat knacker" size?I can fit in a Focus, fit in a proper MGB (just) I wondered if these were equally forgiving for bald fat blokes wanting a fanny magnet? I'm 45, welsh, balding, ginger, 6'3", the wrong side of 16 stone and an MGF owner I wish I had a bigger shitty stick. Nuff sed...
