100 pages of chopping and changing cars usually on a small budget and an average price of £400
A thread dedicated to my car buying adventures and some of the stuff I get up to in my man cave/garage/workshop..
Instead of starting a new thread for each car I buy, from now on I'll just post them all here.
Last weekend I bought 2 cars.
First up is this boxy Italian stunner.
I bought it from a scrap yard in Inverkeithing called U Pull It, it cost £300.
It drove well enough on the trip home from the scrap yard so I put it in for an mot today to see what it needed.
Welding needed here.
Other stuff it failed on was a headlight bulb, number plate bulb, horn not working, no washer fluid and brake binding on rear drum. All in a couple of hours to put right. I've got 2 weeks to get it done then in for a free retest!
