AlabamaShrimp
You can get the Accord Coupe with the 2.0 4 cylinder and a manual. About 150hp IIRC. I once bought one sight unseen on ebay in Manchester. Went to view it and the clutch was utterly fucked, so I refused it on the spot and got my money back from the chancer.Honestly thought they were all automatics. The only ones (three) I've seen were. Supernaut
Honestly thought they were all automatics. The only ones (three) I've seen were. Part of me would still like to find a half-decent Accord Coupe 2.0 manual. They have a very nice interior and the huge sunroof is nice. However, I now have another 90s Coupe with a nice interior and a sunroof and a 2.0 making about 150hp (admittedly it's an automatic).

Not being a Ford fan, I have no idea why, but I like that. I also like the Ka+. Maybe it is because they have not thrown in too much pretentious electronic nonsense and have remembered that suspension is there to mask the state of the road from your fillings. cros
Ford Pampa 4x4. Trouble with this thread is that someone might not have known the Pampa existed before me, but I'm buggered if I'm searching through a million previous posts to check. Back to the Pampa, a Renault 12 based thing based on the second generation Corcel which Ford had been producing since it took over the French firm's South American operation. chaseracer, andrew e, sheffcortinacentre and 6 others

quicksilver
I've just found my 1992 Observers Book of Cars. Among the assorted chod it features the Sao Penza, but the one pictured is a saloon. There's only a few Penza photos online and they're all hatchbacks so I had no idea it was ever available as a saloon. I wonder how many they sold? A few pages back is something called the RJD Tempest, a supercharged Corvette made by Robert Jankel of Panther fame and supposedly capable of 200mph. Never heard of it. Come to think of it they are shocking figures! Prime discounted autoshite come 2028I had a Stelvio as a rental in Germany at Christmas. I didn’t bond with it, ugly bloated thing and the ride was awful. It was quite fast though and steered well for a munty blob. The interior looks ok in photos but is very plasticky. The letterbox shaped satnav shows 10 miles either side of you and 50 yards ahead, which makes it completely useless. Verdict: modern toss. Brera is more comfortable, heaps better ergonomically (never thought I’d say that) and much more classy. Spotted this recently, don't think I've ever seen one and haven't a clue what it is. Skizzer
To be fair, they probably look better in a lighter colour, like metallic red. But this was Germany, so it was black. Yoss is probably right about it being futureshite.
robinmasters
Delorean John. It wouldn't have been flushed with success in their home market, and would probably have been panned by the critics. If Delorean had survived, to compete in the current market they'd need an SUV - the RestRoom.
Yoss
Yoss is probably right.Ha ha, thought I'd quote that bit and show it to Mrs Yoss sometime when she'll decide I'm most definitely not. Anyway back to the Alfa, think of it as Austin 3-Litre. Sold in very small numbers when new, scraped along the bottom of the depreciation curve for about 20 years (that's when we buy them) and are only now starting to pick up (but we would have sold it on long before that happens.
