stilo_active
Well, a bit bored of it now so it's time for it to go. Bored of it because I've already got another Accent and frankly the idea of having two is a bit absurd. I bought it five or so weeks back for £600, it's got MoT until September 2015. 79,000 miles. Since I've owned it I've put an airflow meter on it and given the engine a quick service. It's also had a few bits and pieces repaired and sorted. There's not much in the way of history on it. According to a slightly faded sticker on the timing belt cover that was replaced in 2011. The previous owner apparently put a clutch in it but couldn't produce a receipt. It's notchy in 2nd and 3rd gears (so's my other Accent and that has half the mileage) It's not pretty, and has the usual "age and stupid driver related scuffs, scrapes and dings" bollocks. Central locking is intermittant on passenger side front door. There's a really annoying rattle in the dashboard, but I turn the stereo up. It's up for sale locally for the amount I bought it for. While I'd love to put it in a barn for literally some time, find it then shove it on eVilbay for a million quid with a white background, I'm not looking to make money on it, I want it gone. Any fellow shiters can have it for £500. Anyway, enough preamble, here is this piece of Korean misery: Token ebay photos: outlaw118, UltraWomble, oldcars and 3 others
lisbon_road
It says 12 valve and seems to have four plug leads, so it that 3 valves per cylinder then? Two inlets and one exhaust? Sorry - just asking out of interest not wanting to buy, but GLWS! stilo_active
Station
Yes, that's how it works. Or rather two valves on the exhaust side. stilo_active

babydriver
Flea bay is the only way forward I'm afraid, that's how I got rid of mine first offer at full price and picked up following day. Yours seems a bit steep compared to others on bay if you don't mind me saying. Flea anyway.
gordonbennet
Good cars these, Accent and Coupe F2 the only two cars my lad, (bloody nutter behind the wheel back then, got it from his mother), couldn't break. Personally i preferred the previous curvy Accent, especially the MVi in yellow which was the one me lad had. Hope you have a good quick sale, looks a decent buy for that money, far better bet than the usual £500 european tosh.

Station
A story I've told about three times on here: my mates brother says he's going to get a Hyundai coupe when they had all just been released in 2000. We were all impressed. He turns up in an Accent coupe.I remember the speakers being awful.

Billy, as much as I'd love a car from CavCraft with its unbeatable satisfaction guarantee, Id rather have a dose of the clap than a Pug 206, I can cure myself of the clap.Mr womble , I may have a mate coming down to cornwall on the 4th or 5th of jan Im on nights Im afraid.
