retrogeezer
Thats a shame....weren't they building a model based on the old Punto? Would have thought that would have sold quite well.
RedSparrow
Ah thats a shame. Kinda like these.Re: the BBC clip, now there is a presenter who has no idea about / interest in the subject she's reporting on!
Split_Pin
I'm very surprised Top Gear didnt get hold of this first and take the piss. Some of those Yugos actually appeal to me, as a kind of ironic 2 fingered salute to the Max Power Brigade.I didnt even know they were still producing as late as 08, sorry that another shite manufacturer has ceased to be.Are FSO still going in Poland or what? Justin Case
I travel the world to bring you the news The Yugo factory remains, it will indeed now produce Puntos: http://www.charlotteobserver.com/136/story/363320.html FSO are also still going strong churning out the Chevrolet Aveo, a shite four-door version of an inoffensive hatchback that started life as a Daewoo: http://www.samar.pl/__/__la/en/__ac/sec ... -life.html
retrogeezer
The Zastava website is still up & running.....it is just the Yugo 45 (as we know it) that is ending production.....probably not a bad thing!
