1998 Daihatsu Sirion 1.0+ £295

To be honest, I haven't entirely decided whether it's the Sirion or the BX that gets the chop - it might yet be both.

 

GOOD POINTS

It's a Sirion, so it barks like a baby 911 and is a hoot to drive.

It wears a good set of winter tyres - only fitted, brand new, last December.

75,000 miles.

Most comedy graphics now removed (it still has teeth).

Had the rotten fuel filler neck replaced with a brand new one.

Spec includes PAS, elec windowsx4, elec mirrors.

 

BAD POINTS

Rear wheelarches are rotten, and I suspect the sills are cornflakes. You have until July to sort this out when the MOT expires.

Tax runs out at the end of this month. I'm thinking it's better to sell than SORN.

Third gear synchromesh is weak

Air con doesn't work.

 

I'm asking £295 but willing to discuss. Swaps also very possible, especially if there's a good chunk of T&T.
