My recent unexpected continental adventure and rusty Datsun acquisition have put me in a mildly financially challenged position. This allied to the sudden extra workload and potential cost of fixing said rusty Datsun has caused me to have a bit of a rethink over the last few days and so I figure that, although I don't really want to, I should sell the Pony I bought from Mr. Glover on to another shiteist so that they may benefit from it's wondrous-ness and I can have some money to pay off my overdraft. Other than make it start and run ok and bash the dent out of the tailgate, I haven't done much to it yet. I'll sell it for what I paid for it from Sam (£750) but with the addition now of a GRP canopy for the back and functional exhaust included. Considering a much shittier one sold on mongbay recently for not far off a bag, also sans T&T, I'd say it's a good price and I'd be amazed to see a tidier one. I also have a big heap of spares from the one I broke which can be had for a little extra (negotiable). I'll need the bottoms of the rear arches fettling but other than that it's in amazingly good shape. Sam's original ad is HERE with some pics but here's another couple of arty looking ones for good measure (actually, I couldn't figure out how to turn this feature off on my camera as I'd smashed the screen on it).... Like I say, it's with mixed feelings that I do this but I have to be realistic. The 510SSS is a major priority and I need the money! Well, driving shell actually, but all panels, glass, lights and trim has been taken off. I've been using the remains to cart crap about my place as it's about all it's useful for!
