reallyloud
Those Hondas seem very good value to me. I see the Suzuki Fronte was not listed - I think I would liked to have taken that home. Be interesting to see what happens next to the museum.
pompei
Those wing, sorry, bonnet mirrors are outrageous! You're right, the Hondas seemed good value - two 600 engines also sold at £20 each.
Ratdat
I went. Fronte didn't meet it's reserve although it did reach £1200. The 'nice' Z600 that was in the museum asn't quite as nice as youd think. I could get a better look at it as it was moved out from where it was on display. Lots and lots of filler in it. The one that went for £400 was worth every penny IMO. The N600G was also a very good buy at £650. Best bargain I thought was the Honda Acty which despite it's looks had almost no rust at all and went for £300. If I have had the money i would have bought it. The Suzuki SC100 that was on sale seemed like a decent buy at £500 too as it looked mint. Although not in the auction I was very pleased to see this rareity. Apparently it no longer runs the original 500cc and now has an engine from a Renault 4. Must go like the clappers!

Spottedlaurel
So what are their future plans now Ed?
Ratdat
They have bought sme other cars for display as far as I know but they are going to concentrate on British microcars. There will be less cars in the museum but all will be displayed in a much more interesting way with scenery etc.
