KruJoe
Nice little Festa, would that be a Ghia? Please do take the digicam next time... I always do, and leave the phone. Not that there's a lot to snap: Malhamdale isn't exactly like Chiang Mai! I'd fall over if I saw a Tatra around here.

mk2_craig
Ah, I did wonder if it was maybe a Sandpaper due to the interior, but couldn't work out whether those were seatcovers. Here's some shots I saved to my hard drive for whatever reason: I guess this one's a re-release given the X-suffix and 2-tone paint?
Spottedlaurel
Mk1 Fiestas are very pretty aren't they? I think Ford got them spot-on, the detailing and porportions are really neat.20 years ago they were absolutely everywhere and seemed to be the first car of choice around where I lived. Ratdat
In the book about the Fiesta's development (the book's called Project Bobcat) it says it was strongly inspired by the Fiat 127 and 127's were actually used in the prototype stage. It's an interesting book and well worth a read.
