NorfolkNWeigh
I've seen that 505 a few times over the years, usually parked near Smith Square or near Westminster School behind the Abbey. Yoss
Alfa with fancy colour changing paint, I'm sure they have a proper name for it. In the company of a slightly less fancy Mondeo. And this is a W reg 75 with a badly painted facelift front bumper. Yoss
Clio looks a little sorry for itself. But the Transit is a local legend. It belongs to a chap who lives two doors down from my mum. He's a roofer and I think he's about 88! I say this because I know he was 76 when he did the roof on our old house about twelve years ago. I don't know if he is still working but it moves around this car park occasionally. It's been painted in red oxide, which is porous, for at least 15 years. I wonder if he tops up the red oxide as required, like the Forth Bridge, as it's hard to believe it hasn't just dissolved. egg, Laseraligningfoofooflanges and mercrocker
Yoss
A couple of abandoned Minis and an R8 that's been left out with the bins. A couple more of Longbridges finest separated by about 50 years (I'm sure someone (mercrocker?) can tell me exactly how long. I assume its A40 or A50 but not entirely sure. Angry Sheep
I spotted a Citrine Yellow Mondeo the other day, but I was with cool* people and didn't want to be seen taking a picture. Anyway, I woke up at 5.45am this morning, hours before I needed to, and decided I'd go on a bike ride to get a picture of said Citrine Yellow Mondeo. Here you go. Cycling away, content that I'd got the picture I wanted without being chased away from someone's drive for taking a picture of their Mondeo before 7am on a Wednesday morning, I caught sight of another Mk1 Mondeo. I then realised I knew of another two Mk1 Mondeos that were sorta on my way home, so this happened. The green one almost looks tidy, but the white K-plater has this gem of an MOT advisory: nsf floor corroded thru/also at centre tunnel both sides I think early morning bike rides through the council estates of North Herts are the future. Yoss
They've dragged it to the local Baptist chapel too. Are they... I was gonna say do a mass for the Fiat, but I think mass might be Catholic. Ghosty
Stopped at the supermarket for a birthday card for my mum the other day and these two were in the car park: Well sorted Mini Thirty. and a pretty nice MR2. The hand car wash in the background is 'temporarily closed'. Something to do with immigration enforcement apparently Then today I clocked this local car, never managed to before as I'm usually driving when I see it. '89 Buick Regal: It's some old boy's, the guy driving it was a stereotypical Yank car giffer, puffer jacket and tan military style cap.The American brake light indicators still work on it - you can see where someone's cut holes in the middle of the lenses and screwed orange bits in to pass an MOT! danthecapriman, AMC Rebel, Laseraligningfoofooflanges and 2 others

The Somerset had a bigger brother, A70 Hereford which is visually almost identical. A50 designation started with the Cambridge which replaced the Somerset in 1954. Ghosty
Mehari! Here's a few recent-ish ones from my phone, not sure if I've posted them already, probably not. This old Van Hool was on rail replacement work: I think this was in Winchester, was passing through to go to a wedding. This E28 is local, and very shonky (look at the MOT history, it's dreadful). Been meaning to get a picture for a loooooong time. It's a 525e Lux under the bodykit, owned by an unpleasant looking couple. Fairway! It's odd to see one of these now the only ones left are in private use. This looks like a shot from Life on Mars. It's not - it's a Viva and Magnum in the corner of a caravan storage yard. These are only really visible from the train line behind the place, though there's a road down the embankment behind them. The opposite corner of the yard used to have an equally mossy Manta B in it but that's been gone for a while. This early Montego in AS racing colours (the coachline is orange over brown) was by a mate's house. Super clean except the lack of wheeltrims. There's a high-ish profile Morris Minor specialist garage a few yards away that might be relevant. Means there's always Moggies floating about too. Early Impreza in not silver. mercrocker, AMC Rebel and danthecapriman
spartacus
A few spots from the last few days, most of these are from Cornwall, so it's a major surprise that the Lancia is among them! I spotted the Ka on the way home, you may have to zoom in to see the magnificently barried exhaust. This was a Cornwall car and again seemed remarkably rust free. This last one I saw in Chesterfield, it's a Polo saloon, very odd. Lacquer Peel, mercrocker, Aston Martin and 4 others
Ghosty
Some good ones today. First a local car at the supermarket, super clean giffer owned, always garaged Scorpio Ultima 2.3.
