I have been meaning to get a photo of this delightfully scruffy Corvette for ages. Whoever owns it seems to drive it to work most days so it is a pretty cool daily driver.

I'm not sure if I really want to know the answer, but is that your shadow in the photograph? If so, please don't take it personally, are you the grim reaper?

Who's going save this one ?attachicon.gif20170718_100701.jpg

Such a rare car, even it its day. I don't think I ever saw one on the road - only ever parked at a dealers. They were nice cars but Audi seriously overpriced them, hence the poor sales. Good to see one on the road still.

Edited to add: I was actually thinking of its successor, but I'm sure this still holds true for the original one. There did seem to be a few more of this shape sold, with the American style front end, but they were still rare cars.

The history on the Audi 200 turdo made for some hefty work a few years back , does it all need doing again ...

This photo was probably it's good side , it has at least 2 long term flat tyres and weeds 2 feet tall growing up the side. I've known of this car for a few years and it never seems to of moved but must of as still currently Mot'd ....but not for long

These three were parked at a customer's today.

The convertible is owned by one of the owners.

The Starlet and the 900i saloon are both owned by a mechanic who rents a flat there.

I did some work on the 900i where I used to work(for the previous owner)

It's a really nice car that's now in daily use.

A handful from the last few days. I can remember when those br3@dv@n5 were everywhere, usually in that colour too.

I did try very hard to get a picture this evening of an LDV Maxus towing what I think was a GT6 on a trailer, however he flew past me in the middle lane of the M1 going uphill at 75 ish, then, having crested the hill, proceeded to do at least 80 down the other side, either not his vehicles or a very confident tower.

The Skoda just looked like it needed a good clean and polish to bring it back to life.

That Land Rover brings back some memories, from 1976 until 81 RGC 576 was our family car. The same hardtop and split tailgate arrangement as this one, even had the holes above the rear windows where this one has extra indicators. They were part of a batch stockpiled, along with Green Goddeses by the Civil Defence Corp, then sold off in the early 70's.post-17414-0-60245700-1500758954_thumb.jpeg

I took this just for the colour. Why don't they do modern cars in this colour?

This isn't Shite, this is just shit. But I thought I'd share it with you anyway as I keep on seeing it.

Even the wheels are tartan. We can only imagine the conversation that took place when someone decided this was a good idea.

I like that Zephyr. Looks like individual front seats but no deluxe grille? I think that combination was only possible on early Mark 4s.

I think the individual front seats were an option from the start.   Don't see many of these early ones now they only came out midway through the D suffix

The Chamade hasn't moved in years judging by lack of MoT history.

Dizzler Vel Shatis.  He booted it after I took this so I was left drowned in clag.

For a quick draw spot this turned out quite well.  The background is a happy coincidence!
