That's a Toyota Avensis at the front. and a cross between a Merc and a Citron at the back. I wouldn't say it's ugly but I would say it is not in any way unique. It'll just blend in with all the other cars that look the same as it.

Absolutely right!! There's always been styling trends- I remember my dad saying the Mk 2 Cortina, Hillman Hunter, and HB Viva all looked the same, but it seems worse than ever these days- I honestly can't tell most modern cars apart!! Might be coz they're all so boring I can't be bothered to even try!!

We had this same discussion at my work. I think it is a very non descript car from the pictures. From different angles it does look like it could be a load of other cars. Would be interested to see one in the flesh. I loved the look of the Jaguar XK when i forst saw pictures of it, but seeing one in the flesh it was very underwhelming. Might be the opposite for this. I doubt it, but you never know.
