I had lots of those when I was about 7 or 8, I believe I had a couple of sets of 3 plus at least 1 single one. I got a single blue one on it's own first I think....my memories are vague as I haven't seen them for years....I'm pretty sure it was Mini Mayfair in light blue with silver coachlines. I had a set of 3 which contained Red Hot, Jet Black & one other....Ritz maybe?! In silver I think it was... That might have been all I had actually....or I might have forgotten any others!Wrong scale I know, for this discussion, but I love collecting the 1/36 Corgi Mini special editions. They are nicely made and well proportioned for a car aimed at the 'toy' market. Mint and boxed ones come up on e-bay all the time and make a nice display piece. I have: Mini 30 and accompanying 30th Anniversary Sky, Rose, Flame and Racing, Ritz, Jet Black and Red Hot, Neon and the basic City. I have a Mini 40 and a late 90's Cooper, but I really like the early 90's and 80s special edition ones. Does anyone else have any others? I believe theres an Advantage, Park lane, and Mayfair out there?

Every now and then the highstreet cheapy shop Home Bargains has some really good offers on random models, quite often French. Supply is really sporadic as about half the shop's stock seems to be whet they were able to get cheap at the time, so best not to hang about. Anyway, I picked this up in Leeds yesterday for £2.99:

It was part of a range of French promotional Michelin vehicles and included this booklet talking about the J7 - in French of course:

There was also a yellow Renault 4 van with a M. Bibendum on the roof, a large twin wheeler Renault/Saviem in yellow with Bibendum too, a white DS break (looked like a test vehicle), a Fourgonette in same livery as the J7 and something small, old (poss pre-war) and black - perhaps a Peugeot. Perhaps some more too but I was in abit of a hurry.

Well he'll surely get no bids then in that case. Or only 1 bidder at the most or it won't be financially viable for them!I thought it could be a mistake as well, but he explains it in the item description. Its to make sure he gets his moneys worth from the item apparently! Surely not allowed, if he cant handle ebay, he should not use it. I got one for a fiver from modelzone.

I'd like to see a disclaimer that no models were harmed in the making of this though!
