mk2_craig
Strange how that Wartburg saloon looks ultra-modern for a K-suffix but the estate looks mega-dated for a D-prefix, the chrome bumpers are half the story and I thought the rest could be explained by somebody buggering about with number plates but it turns out the saloon is a 1973 car (K was 1971-72 though so summink not quite right there). garethj
Here's more-1st was my fave of the day Cool, that's my old car. It's gone downhill a bit since I owned it 4 years ago, but it was a great drive. The quad cam aircooled V8 makes a terrific roar when you hoof it, and the semi-mid mounted location means it handles very well. Always a bit sorry that I sold it, but keeping it in tip top form wasn't cheap
