Anyway, the space between the bottom two bollards looks to be enough to get the van through. Just. :P :P

From the newspaper today.
Driver said he was only there for a few minutes, and yes he does have the 'contract' for that carpark.

Stopped to get fish 'n chips last night. There is a 'layby' outside the shop with space for three cars. Just before I left a Micra pulled up with tow wheels on the layby demarcation line and the rest of the car in the carriageway. Guy sauntered into the shop next door and was still there after I left effectively blocking the road as there was a line of cars on the opposite side of the road.
No camera or phone to record the blatant dumnity.

Sent from beyond the grave using the Force.

Saw a lovely blue Merc W124 estate yesterday, which would have been fine had it not been parked in the middle of two bays
Also, +1 for 740s being really easy to park.

I think parking like a cunt on purpose is all part of the 'I'm better than you' type culture that seems to be in fashion now. People watch shit like TOWIE and think that behaving like a selfish retard gets you places in life. Sadly in the UK it seems to be true.

Soz for the little rant there. Back to CZ in 17 days! Hooray!

To be fair, I used to do it when I had my Cadillacs, but always at the furthest corner of the car park so I didn't inconvenience anybody. And I'd take two each way, ie park on the cross. Does that make me guilty? Or is my choice of spot mitigation enough?

Not guilty yer honour! The difference is that you thought of others, most drivers who park badly don't give a rats bum :D

I saw this quality parking yesterday!

Taken on Gloucester's Eastgate Street, this is also a double yellow.

I guess because the rozzers use BMWs this man thought it OK to park there.

^^ In fairness that bay is blank, 'police' is marked on the road, so the whole street is reserved for da fedz apart from the bay. If the lady was just dropping off her old knicks at the charity shop then there's nothing wrong with her parking.
However I find her choice of car contemptable.

on the other side is a big nightclub - there's often a riot van parked there at weekends.
