Shep Shepherd
"Clockwise" is a GR9 film for shite-spotters. I especially like the Cortina GL that Alison Steadman drives
Lord Sterling
Thanks for putting these + others up John, it really is appreciated. I actually managed to get the whole Clockwise film from Youtube. Not seen it whole yet but will do once I *ever* get the chance. The last couple of scenes at the school, were filmed at Birmingham University by the entrance just off Edgbaston Park Road. Got a big horn on for Steeds Jaguar 6.8XJC: Seriously cool car. Not sure about the front end treatment though.
mk2_craig
I loved Clockwise - still got a recording of it on VHS somewhere. That mega pov spec Cortina jam sandwich is awesome (and surely non-genuine). Looks like lots of West Midlands-registered kit there, wonder if any of the identifiable cars survived? Shep Shepherd
Alison Steadman's Cortina only survived until 1989/1990, according to the DVLA. I presume it ended its life due to a shunt, as opposed to rust, as it still looked like a new car in the film.
